Mobile concrete placing booms are the distributing equipment coordinating concrete pumps for concrete placement. They are widely used in building and engineering construction, such as industrial and civil buildings, bridges, roads, infrastructure and other concrete structures.
Mobile concrete placing boom shall not be used in other operations such as hauling, moving, and hoisting heavy objects or people but in the concrete construction stated above. It shall not be used in places with inflammable and explosive materials and places possible to subside.
Mobile concrete placing boom is a relative equipment for concrete pouring operation during construction with a concrete pump. It is suitable for any concrete building such as edificios, bridges, roads, and foundations. The use of concrete placing boom can make full use of the working efficiency of concrete pumps, improve the quality of pouring and reduce labor intensity.
Mobile concrete placing boom is composed of boom arm, rotary table and slewing bearing, slewing mechanism, bottom rotation base, counterweight frame, base, outrigger, counterweight, concrete pipeline, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The boom arm is a four-joint arm structure. The four arms joints are working together with the slewing mechanism and extended and folded by the control of a hydraulic system, and the concrete can be transported to the required construction surface.
The electric control system can realize control panel operation and wireless operation. The interlocking function between each operation mode also guarantees construction safety.
