Concrete placing booms are the distributing equipment coordinating concrete pumps for concrete placement. They are widely used in building and engineering construction, such as industrial and civil buildings, bridges, roads, infrastructure and other concrete structures.

Concrete placing boom shall not be used in other operations such as hauling, moving, and hoisting heavy objects or people but in the concrete construction stated above. It shall not be used in places with inflammable and explosive materials and places possible to subside.

  • The four arms is R-typed and is driven by hydraulics. And the placing boom can slew 360°
  • The arm movement is controlled with electric proportional valve, which make the operation more stable.
  • The structure that combines the tower body of the tower crane with the upper part of placing boom, not only can add the mast section, but also place concrete. As the building rises, the placing boom can clime by add the mast sections. After exceeding the free standing height, it could climb with the help of tie-in.
  • The placing boom is equipped with a lifting mechanism, which can be used in adding the mast section.
